WE WILL
• Begin attempting to serve the documents within one business day if we receive them by 11am.
• Provide multiple attempts for a flat fee.
• Provide a courtesy call to let you know when the documents have been served.
• Promptly return the affidavit of service.
SERVICE TYPES
Regular Service:
• Local: Attempted at least 4 times within 30 days.
• First paper delivered - $65
• Each additional paper at same address - $40
Rush Service:
• Local attempted within 24 hours of receipt - Additional $30
• Immediate Service within 1- 4 hours - Additional $60
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
• Subpoena Preparation Service (Prepared in Accordance with Tex. R. Civ. P.) - $30
